Greetings Salter/Saulter Family!

It’s that time of year again to get together for our 41st Annual Family Reunion. The Milwaukee committee members are excited about the 2009 Family Reunion which will be held in Milwaukee, WI, Friday, July 10th through Sunday, July 12th.

Our theme for this occasion is: “Honoring Our Elders”-- The Legacy Continues.

Enclosed is a list of daily activities and your registration form. Please completely fill out and return your registration form along with your Annual Dues of $50.00 per household no later than, Saturday, May 16th, 2009. It is important that we get an accurate count of family members who are planning to attend as soon as possible, so that we can plan for the proper amount people and to provide our catering services with a good number for the food. If you can, we encourage you to send in your complete amount along with your annual dues, however if you’d rather split it up, the balance will be due no later than Friday, June 5th, 2009 (see Registration Form for complete details).

If you have any questions, feel free to contact any of your host committee members, Darien Coe, Chairperson at 414-915-0484, Joyce Salter Johnson at 608-219-3673, or Denise Johnson-Sherard at 414-931-0548.

Thank you all in advance for making every effort to meet the payment deadlines. We hope you are looking forward to this year’s Family Reunion as much as I am to fellowship with loved ones, enjoy lots a laughs, and to have great fun. See you soon!
